Digital Products
We issue refunds for digital products within 3 days of the original purchase of the product. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if you have downloaded the product.  Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of digital downloads are final if you have downloaded the product.  We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns for digital download purchases outside of the 3 days unless required by applicable consumer protection laws.

Quality Assurance:
We take great care to ensure the quality and accuracy of our digital download products. Prior to purchase, customers have the opportunity to view previews or trailers to assess the content. We are not responsible for technical issues related to individual devices or internet connections that may affect the viewing experience.  We make every effort to ensure that you receive the download in the highest quality available.  Any questions, please contact us prior to requesting a refund and allow us to resolve any issues you may have.
